just another day. wake, wash, routine, repeat. reflect on how shitty the world is.
it's just another day, and we'll move through this one as we move through any other; we'll see it through, ankle-deep in bullshit but stacked to the gills in beauty. today is hardly different from any other (is that true?). we'll hopefully find time for elation. we'll burn dinner. we'll seat ourselves in a car traversing a seemingly endless loop; experience and reflect. experience and reflect. (we'll perseverate on shit we can't change. we'll sometimes manage perfect moments savored in real time). we'll be burdened by the weight of those events yet to transpire, knowing intimately, and all too well, the mass of expectation, of hope, of fear:
we'll easily - repeatedly - forget that we're complex sums and arrangements of elementary particles. and that light offers unrelenting hope to thrive. (it's a simple, often-unspoken truth that the whole of our existence/experience is a construction of consciousness). it's just another day. and it's decidedly awesome that we're able to create it. to live in it.
